牟宗三（1909年6月12日—1995年4月12日），生于山东省栖霞县牟家疃，祖籍湖北公安。1927年考入北京大学预科，1929年升入哲学系，并于1933年毕业。1949年往台湾，后往香港。晚年居台湾，1995年逝于台北。曾任教于华西大学、中央大学、金陵大学、台湾师范大学、东海大学、台湾大学、中国文化大学、香港大学、香港中文大学新亚书院。他独力翻译康德的《三大批判》，融合康德哲学与孔孟陆王的心学，以中国哲学与康德哲学互相诠解。北大哲学系毕业后，先后任教于山东寿张县乡村师范、广州学海书院、山东邹平村治学院、广西梧州中学、南宁中学、华西大学、中央大学、金陵大学、浙江大学。他又参与编写杂志，主编《再生》、创办《历史与文化》、编辑《理想历史文化》。1949年后，他曾任教于台湾师范大学、东海大学、香港大学、香港中文大学、台湾大学哲学研究所、台湾师大国文研究所、...(展开全部)
